And the winners are…

Vermilion Lake Association members voted for their favorite photos for the “My Favorite Way to Enjoy the Lake” photo contest at the Annual Meeting held on July 27, 2024.

Taking first place was member Kate Higgins’ “Water Spout”, taken on the East End of Lake Vermilion earlier this summer.

Kate also took 2nd place with her photo of the Northern Lights above her cabin.

Taking 3rd place was member Patty Hermanson’s photo “Last One In”, taken on Niles Bay.

Receiving an Honorable Mention (no cash prize attached) was another “Northern Lights” photo, taken by Jane Bocus in Big Bay.
