Lake Vermilion Fishing Report – West End

The walleyes are biting! For rig fishing, use leeches or crawlers in 18-24 ft. Minnows have slowed. Bobber fishing still holding #1 spot. With the sunny skies, in shallower, rocky areas, during certain times of day, limiting out is no problem.

The smallies have slowed down this week.

Tip of the week: Find the crayfish and you might just find the walleyes!
