Lake Vermilion Fishing Report

Walleye and Crappie fishing has been great this week! The best walleye bite has taken place with a 1/8 once jig and minnow cast toward wind blown shore lines.

The main lake, South facing shore lines have also started to produce crappie. Bullrushes, aka “pencil reeds”, are a good clue to their location.
